Why is Sheila Dobell still allowed practice
This women was my mothers doctor, she treated her for a chest infection, (sent her home) she died of a heart complication, Dobell let her die. She is a disgrace and yet she is still seeing patients avoid avoid avoid – please refuse to attend her clinic
Needs to work in a lab
Not a doctor. Maybe qualified but should work in a lab not with people. Appts are always at least half hour late. HER hours are roughly 11-4 in a good day. Doesn’t listen. Prattles on when she talks. Doesn’t reply in her experience to help you. Wouldn’t go to this fix if I had a choice
Doesn’t care
She lacks empathy, always rushing you ,after waiting hours to see her in an empty patient waiting room.she doesn’t need to be a doctor cause she is not interested in whatever you are telling her,she gives you the stare that says talk quickly and get out,but i don’t let that intimidate me.
phone appointment
no answer on the phones i have spent all day trying to get though and it is impossible if they are that busy surely they should employ more than one girl on the front desk definitely making enough money absolute disgrace and i know when i do eventually get an answer i will probable have to wait weeks for an appointment

Very disappointing experience with this GP
The waiting time is always over 2 hours, even when there are only one or two patients ahead of you, when you finally get in, the doctor seems rushed and finishes the consultation in less than 5 minutes.
One of my visits was for my baby’s vaccination and, as expected, waited over 2 hours, when we were called in, the doctor handed me the oral vaccine to give to my daughter myself, since I wasn’t shown how to hold her properly, she ended up spitting some of it out.
Immediately afterward, the doctor gave the injections and said, We’re done, you can go, without offering any further guidance or observation.
Later, I found out that babies are usually monitored for a short time after vaccinations to ensure they’re okay, but this was never mentioned.
This kind of rushed and careless service is unacceptable, especially when dealing with young children’s health.
