Honestly? I would stay away from this practice. You want your time wasted and pay for appointments you DIDN”T ask for then go for it. The reception staff is beyond unprofessional AND rude! Every single time I had to deal with them via phone or email it’s like being at the principals office where you have to apologise for needing medical advice or help. They act like it’s such an inconvenience you are contacting them and the snarky comments do not stop once you go in.

Also, you might want to go spend your money somewhere that will take you seriously and not do tests and give you meds just to cover their ass and lack or knowledge on how to treat people.

I rang to make an appointment and the secretary was beyond rude and snorted and huffed in a very rude way to let me know she was finished with the phone call as I had other questions to ask and also when I said I’d prefer to see my own gp rather than a stand in . She also made it very difficult to book an appointment for my sick son and asked so many questions then rudely told me there was no appointments to bring him to doc on call if he was really sick .

Secretary was very rude, when I wanted to ask a question. Told me to sit down and when she called me over she was being very rude. I had an appointment for a specific time with a sick child but had to wait an hour as the doctor took other patients first. I feel very unfairly treated in this practice
